Want to look younger, feel younger and actually become younger based on scientific measurements of the age of your body, cells and organs?

A bunch of scientists took a group of elderly people (not mice this time) and had them live in a mindfulness-trainingmonastery that was decorated as if from the 1930’s, and the elderly people had to pretend they were living in the 1930s. Within just one week the group of elderly people started look younger, act younger and claimed they felt younger. Not only that, their fingers grew longer, they grew taller, their arthritis subsided, they put on weight (which is important for many of the elderly) and much more.

The power of the mind, eh? Do you want some of that?

I’ve heard Jason Vale accomplishes the same phenomenon on his Juicing courses within just one week too.

In test groups, it’s been discovered that just thinking that you are healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle improves your health and can help you lose weight. Could you visualise yourself into health. Add in a bit of real exercise and healthy eating choices (beware, this is not the healthy eating advertised and propagated by the mass media) and imagine how you could change, for the better.

It’s also been discovered that just whether you have a positive perception of ageing can increase your life expectancy by your 7.5 years!!! That’s crazy! And that’s just on average. Imagine if you can have such a good outlook on ageing and life that it increases it by 20 years or worse decreases it by some. It seems this is the greatest predictor of how long you will live. Makes me happy, I planned 30 years ago to be fit and active when I get to eighty.
