Some men give up their designs when they have almost reached the goal; while others, on the contrary, obtain a victory by exerting, at the last moment, more vigorous efforts than ever before.
Herodotus
Everyone experiences ups and downs in one form or another throughout their life.
In the search for success we go through the highs and lows of building up enough courage to reach for our dreams. It can be a never ending emotional rollercoaster of experiencing success and joy and then just when all seems to be going smoothly things start to fall apart and go wrong again
Finally, just as you think you are getting somewhere and everything looks rosy, just as you begin to let yourself feel that euphoric high, wham! It all goes pear shaped and belly up and you plummet into a seemingly never ending pit of depression.
It seems there is no rhyme or reason to life, or is there?
IT HAPPENS TO US ALL
Failure inspires winners. And failure defeats losers. It is the biggest secret of winners. It’s the secret that loser do not know. The greatest secret of winners is that failure inspires winning; thus, they’re not afraid of losing.
Robert Kiyosaki
It´s important to understand that this experience of ups and downs is not unusual and everybody goes through them at one time or another in every aspect of their life and throughout their life.
If you can really grasp the concept that having highs and lows is an intrinsic part of life and success you will be able to accept the low blows life deals out and plan and manage them effectively and to your benefit.
It really is as simple as just accepting that fact that it is all just a part of life and all part of the game of winning too.
To be successful you are going to have to accept that SOME YOU WIN AND SOME YOU LOSE. Yeah, maybe it isn’t exactly a revelation or an answer either. It’s probably an explanation of something you were aware of and have heard being bandied around, but maybe you never really understood the implications and impact it has had on your success until now.
Even after learning every business technique and money making technique there is to learn, even when you are happy and feel like you are in heaven, the richest person in the world or even the most famous movie star in Hollywood you are going to win some and you are going to lose some.
Once you realise that you WILL get knocked back by life and you WILL get dumped on and you WILL crash and burn, and understand that it is part of the fun and how to use it to your advantage and enjoyment you will then be the king of the hill, a lion amongst sheep, a true knight and above all successful.
PERSEVERANCE
All horsemen fall off their horses, but the mark of a true knight is the one who dusts himself down and gets back on his steed again.

Dr. Wayne Dyer, spiritual guru to the gurus of the world says that the answer to life and achieving eternal happiness boils down to one thing and can be summed up in one word “Perseverance”.

Two weeks later, he saw a boxing match between Mohammed Ali and Chuck Wepner and that match gave him the inspiration to write the script for the famous movie, ROCKY.
Henry Ford

Oprah Winfrey
Most people know Oprah Winfrey as one of the most iconic faces on TV as well as one of the richest and most successful women in the world. Babe Ruth
